Reregistration Form

Please complete the Registration form to enroll your child for tutoring.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

1. One Month Notice Requirement

All families must provide a minimum of one month of’ written notice before discontinuing or pausing tutoring.

The notice must be submitted by:

  • Email, or
     

  • WhatsApp/message
     

  • The center’s cancellation form.
     

2. Tuition During the Notice Period

Tuition for the full one moth notice period is required, even if the student stops attending before the notice period ends.This ensures fair scheduling and stable progress planning for each student.

3. Re-Registration Fee for Gaps Longer Than 2 Months

If a student is absent or unenrolled for more than two (2) months within any 12-month period, a new registration fee will be charged when they return.
This fee covers:

  • Reassessment,
     

  • Updated materials,
     

  • Re-reserving a time slot, and
     

  • Administrative processing.
     

4. Students Who Come “On and Off”

Frequent short-term cancellations or irregular attendance limit the student’s progress and disrupt group and tutor scheduling.
Therefore, students who repeatedly:

  • Drop classes without notice, or
     

  • Attend inconsistently for non-emergency reasons
     

may be asked to:

  • Pay additional registration fees upon return, or
     

  • Re-enroll only when they are able to commit to a regular schedule.
     

5. No Refunds for Missed or Unused Sessions

Missed sessions (with or without notice) are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

6. Exceptions

Medical emergencies or family crises may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at management’s discretion.
